Michael Owen is a men’s life coach, author, speaker, and blogger. His first book, The Foundation: A Blueprint for Becoming an Authentically Attractive Man, was released in 2023. He graduated from Florida State University with a bachelor’s degree in English Literature and a master’s in International Affairs. He previously worked as an intelligence analyst for the U.S. Department of Defense and as a risk analyst for a Fortune 500 financial services company.
